But at the same time, there are issues with some people from Central Europe, especially as I start doubting my own mixing.
I don’t want to introduce people to a so-called culture that isn’t actually a culture—because of the behavior associated with it. Liquid drum and bass is often considered an intelligent music genre, but in Central Europe, it sometimes serves as an entry point to neurofunk events and the drug-fueled reality that exists here. I don’t want to be the person who, through liquid drum and bass, leads people into a distorted version of reality like what often surrounds the Central European drum and bass scene.
